What to Do If You Receive a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Redelivery Notice

In this video, Deanna will explain why you should never ignore a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Redelivery Notice. Click the play button above to hear more from Deanna.

Have you received a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) redelivery notice and feel like you just want to ignore it? If so, you're not alone.

A CBP redelivery notice is exactly what it sounds like, it's a letter that you get from CBP that orders you to return the merchandise to the port. When you receive one, understand by when they want the goods returned, what it is they want returned, and on what basis they are calling for the goods to be returned.

Do you have some of the merchandise? All of it? None of it? Do you disagree with the basis on which the redelivery notice was issued? Are you generally confused about it or afraid to address it on your own?

If so, we can help. Contact us. Give our office a call today at (917) 546-6997, we would be happy to speak with you.
