At our firm, we consistently review and refine our internal and external policies to ensure they reflect our values, meet evolving industry standards, and continue to support a positive environment for clients, colleagues, and our team. As part of our 2026 updates, we have made several enhancements that reinforce our dedication to kindness, diversity, and inclusion.

This year, we strengthened our existing policies to uphold that every client and prospective client can expect to be treated with kindness, respect, and professional courtesy by all members of our firm. We also emphasized that this expectation is reciprocal, our team deserves the same level of consideration in every interaction.

In addition, we introduced our Inclusion and Anti-Discrimination Policy, which demonstrates our commitment to ensuring that every individual is treated with fairness, dignity, and respect. Our firm does not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

These improvements show our ongoing promise to operate with integrity and uphold the highest standards of professionalism. Kindness and inclusion are not only expected but embedded into everything we do.
