The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has made updates to their Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List. A counter-terrorism designation was placed upon an individual from Niger and an update has been made to a Belarus-related individual.

OFAC has updated their SDN List with Burma-related designations but also removed Iran-related and non-proliferation designations. There were twenty-two (22) Burma-related designations, including many government officials. There were also four deletions of individuals that were linked to Mammut Diesel.
OFAC has issued a final rule to remove the International Criminal Court-Related Sanctions Regulations, 31 CFR part 520, from the Code of Federal Regulations. The rule will take effect upon publication in the Federal Register on July 6, 2021.
