The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued Venezuela-Related General License 40, "Authorizing Certain Transactions Involving the Exploration or Reexportation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas to Venezuela." Alongside this new license OFAC has also issued Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) 914 and 915.

The U.S. Departments of State, Commerce, Homeland Security, Labor and the Treasury alongside the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, issued a joint updated advisory regarding supply chain business in Xinjiang. The advisory warns of and offers guidance around interacting with entities in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region that have been suspected of engaging in human rights abuses.

The U.S. Departments of State, Commerce, Homeland Security and the Treasury issued a joint advisory highlighting the risks associated with actions of the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) that may adversely impact U.S. companies that operate in Hong Kong. Alongside this advisory, Hong Kong-related designations were added to OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List.
OFAC also added a second set of Hong Kong-related designations to the SDN List.
