The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has updated their Specially Designated and Blocked Persons (SDN) List with counter-terrorism updates, Kingpin Act removals and Venezuela-related designations. Two Colombian armed forces entities were added to the list while over two hundred Colombian entities and individuals were also removed.

OFAC has published Belarus Directive 1 in response to Executive Order 14038. Alongside this directive, OFAC has also issued Belarus General License 5, "Authorizing the Wind Down of Transactions Involving Open Joint Stock Company Belarusian Potash Company or Agrorozkvit LLC." There were also ten new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) published related to this license and directive; 939, 940, 941, 942, 943, 944, 945, 946, 947, 948. FAQ 918 was also updated.
