OFAC Updates Week 6/21/21

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued Belarus General License 3, "Authorizing Certain Transactions with the State Security Committee of the Republic of Belarus." Alongside this general license, OFAC has also issued Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) 912 and 913. OFAC has also updated their Specially Designated and Blocked Nationals (SDN) List with over one hundred Belarus related designations.
