OFAC Updates Week 11/12/21

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has updated their Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List with Nicaragua-related designations. The designations consisted of nine individuals and a government entity.

November 18, 2021

The President has signed the Executive Order (E.O.), "Termination of Emergency with Respect to the Situation in Burundi." Along with the E.O., designations have been added to, removed from and updated on OFAC's SDN List. Six individuals and an entity were designated while nineteen designations were deleted and four were edited.
