Customs Updates: January 29, 2021 Annual User Fee Federal Register Notice Due

The annual customs broker permit user fee due date for the 2021 calendar year has been set for January 29, 2021. The national and district customs broker permit user fee payment is not yet programmed in an automated system and therefore must be collected at the port in each broker district in which the licensed customs broker was issued a permit to conduct customs business.

The fee for the 2021 calendar year is $150.33 and is due to the port by January 29, 2021.

Failure to make the payment deadline can result in permit revocation.
