The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has updated their Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List with Kingpin Act designations and removals. The Kingpin Act imposes sanctions on individuals linked to the criminal enterprises that perpetrate the sale of narcotics. OFAC either removed or changed a variety of designations from entities in Mexico, Honduras, Panama and Columbia while adding additional designations to entities in Hong Kong and China.
