OFAC Updates Week 3/8/21

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has updated their Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) list with a variety of designations. Two individuals and six entities were designated under Burma-related regulations. An individual and an entity from Tanzania were designated under counter-terrorism regulations. Lastly, two designations, one of which was a Global Magnitsky [GLOMAG] designation, were placed on an individual and the Allied Democratic Forces from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
