Ingrid Nehmitz

Ingrid Nehmitz, PHR serves as the firm's HR Consultant, bringing more than 20 years of experience in business operations, leadership, and human resources. She partners closely with the firm's managing attorneys to support employees, strengthen workplace practices, and develop HR processes that foster growth while maintaining compliance with employment laws.

Ingrid's background includes employee relations, handbook development, hiring and onboarding, payroll compliance, performance management, employee management training, and multi-state employment practices. She enjoys developing practical HR solutions that balance compliance with the day-to-day realities of running a successful business while fostering positive workplace cultures.

Outside of work, Ingrid enjoys playing pickleball, training for HYROX endurance events and Spartan races, traveling, and spending time with her two German Shepherds.
