The Office of Foreign Assets Control has issued Venezuela-related General License 30A, "Authorizing Certain Transactions Necessary to Port and Airport Operations." The General License granted an exception to Executive Order (E.O.) 13884 for transactions and activities incident and necessary to operations and use of ports and airports in Venezuela. E.O. 13884 blocked property of the Government of Venezuela as a response to the usurpation of power by Nicolas Maduro and his affiliates.
