The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has updated their Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List with Syria and Hong Kong related designations.

OFAC has updated their SDN List with non-proliferation designations, specifically related to Iran. The designations were placed on Iran nationals as well as Honk Kong and Taiwanese entities that were tied to proliferation activities in Iran.

The President has issued the "Executive Order on Addressing the Threat from Securities Investments that Finance Communist Chinese Military Companies." The order prohibits any transaction in publicly traded securities or any derivative securities of any Communist Chinese military company. A Communist Chinese Military Company is defined by Public Law 105-261 § 1237 which has been amended by Public Law 106-398 §1233 and Public Law 108-375 § 1222.
