BIO

​

Tricia has been practicing law for 17 years serving businesses, families, and individuals, in Oregon, Washington, and California.  She began her legal career in Washington State, litigating civil and criminal matters and appeals. After Tricia moved to Oregon, she counseled clients regarding contract and other business disputes, employment issues, trusts and estates, Elder Law, and foreclosure matters.  She drafted a range of estate planning documents and represented clients in Probate and Trust Administration matters in state court.

 

Tricia also worked in the public sector where she counseled multiple municipal departments regarding compliance in a number of areas including public contracts, land use, and the criminal code.  She advised government boards and commissions in public meetings, prosecuted violations of the municipal code, and litigated on behalf of the government entity in state and federal courts. Tricia has served on the boards of the Southern Oregon Estate Planning Council and the Ashland Community Hospital Foundation. She enjoys traveling the state to watch her son compete in mountain bike races, hiking the local trails with her dog, and sampling her husband’s latest sourdough bread creation.
