Cannabis Legalities - Trick Question?

From importing to exporting, and other shipping related issues of cannabis containing products (whether domestic or foreign shipments), to receiving an FDA Warning Letter, last week's panel on legal issues facing the cannabis industry was anything but dull.

The take away? Risk, risk and more risk...

Why? Well, because of the disconnect between what is legal, what is not legal, and why enforcement - or a lack thereof - doesn't change the fact that several business activities involving the plant are simply illegal at the federal law level.
