We are happy to announce that Clark-Esposito Law Firm, P.C. is now offering free, informational handouts covering the areas of

Our free handouts cover critical topics, such as the legal requirements for importing in the United States, license exceptions and controls (inc., ECCNS), using SNAP-R the premarket tobacco application (PMTA), fair fashion and fair trade, and more. To access these handouts, head over to the "Handouts" tab under the Free Resources on our website (www.clarkespositolaw.com). There, you will be directed to the Handouts page (see photo above), where you can click on one of the buttons under each practice area. This button will direct you to a form, which must be completed with your name and email address* in order to access our handouts. Once this is completed, you will be directed to the page where you may view and download the free handouts for each practice area.
