My Story
Nicholas has been delivering Business Management and Technology-Related Consulting services internationally for the past 30 years. From 1993 to 2012, Nicholas offered expert Consulting services to small to medium enterprises, as well as to large multinationals in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, from the sectors of Aerospace / Manufacturing, Defense, Telecommunications & IT, Security and Safety (physical & electronic), Renewable Energy, Construction, etc. Since 2012, Nicholas has been offering Business Process Change Management, as well as Operations Management consulting services, to both existing and start-up companies from various sectors.
Nicholas' strength lies in his ability to discuss and present business, legal, and financial issues simply and effectively while being able to carry out elaborate and in-depth discussions and involvement in complex technical concepts and/or technologies. Nicholas also possesses knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to Telecommunications, Energy, and Technology from previous engagements with Regulators. Nicholas has experience in public bidding (i.e., government contracts) from both the U.S. as well as the EU (both as a participant and as an evaluator). Nicholas has developed and implemented successfully an ISO 9001 Quality System for services, securing certification from Lloyds of London/UK and has native fluency in both English and Greek. In his free time, Nicholas, who is a Yudansha in Aikido, spends his time in martial arts, nature, and problem-solving.
